Job Summary:

The Operations Support Executive plays a critical role in the effective running of the organization. This role is responsible for all Administrative Task, Event Coordination, Vendor Management, Effective Communication, Logistics Planning, and On- Site Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and organizing events from inception to completion
  • Coordinate logistics such as Venue Selection, Catering and Transportation etc.

Vendor Management

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and materials
  • Keep contacts and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability.

Communication

  • Communicate event details and updates effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact between clients, team members and vendors.

Logistics Planning

  • Oversee logistical arrangement , including equipment rental, seating arrangements and technical requirement.
  • Create and manage events, timelines and schedules.

On-Site-Support

  • Provide On-site support during events, ensuring that everything runs according to plan.

Administrative Task

  • Assist with post – events evaluation and reporting and all administrative tasks as and when they arise.

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or a related field in Event Management
  • Excellent Communication and reporting skills
  • Knowing how to drive is an added advantage
